About the Founders and Trustees
Ms. Francisine Saverina
Ms. Saverina embarked on her professional journey as a part-time teacher at a high school, where she encountered students facing academic challenges and those with hearing impairments who were not accommodated in schools. Touched by their struggles, she felt compelled to make a difference in their lives.
Answering this call, Ms. Saverina proposed to Bharathidasan University to start a computer course for hearing-impaired students. With the university’s backing, she began training these individuals in Photoshop and computer skills, leading many of them to secure employment in various industries, instilling confidence and independence.
Despite her achievements in higher education, Ms. Saverina’s dedication to early childhood development remained unwavering. Driven by the belief that foundational learning is essential for lifelong success, she established Bright Roots to provide all children with a nurturing, play-based educational setting.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and the conviction that every child is unique. At Bright Roots, she cultivates a culture of love, care, and creativity, empowering young learners to explore, grow, and realize their full potential.
Mr. Franklin Emmanuel James E
Mr. Franklin Emmanuel James E, Co-founder of Bright Roots Preschool, is a distinguished professional with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree from Mysore University. He began his career as a marketing executive, working in the field for four years before transitioning to the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) industry, where he took on a role in the U.S. healthcare sector.
With over two decades of senior management experience in the healthcare industry, Mr. Emmanuel developed strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Alongside his corporate success, he was deeply inspired by his wife’s dream of starting a preschool—and together, they co-founded Bright Roots to create a meaningful impact in early childhood education.
During his professional journey, Mr. Emmanuel encountered the term dyslexia and became deeply curious about the challenges faced by children with learning disabilities. Through extensive research, he learned that dyslexia is a learning disorder involving difficulty in reading, often due to trouble identifying speech sounds and understanding how they relate to letters and words. This discovery sparked a deeper mission in him: to create a space where children with diverse learning needs receive the support they need to succeed.
Mr. Emmanuel envisioned a joyful, inclusive environment where children of all abilities can play, learn, and thrive. At Bright Roots, his commitment goes far beyond conventional education—he is especially devoted to supporting children with learning disabilities as well as those with speech and hearing impairments, ensuring they receive personalized care and a high-quality educational foundation.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Emmanuel is also skilled in family counseling. His compassionate guidance and emotional intelligence have positively influenced many individuals throughout his career, reflecting his enduring dedication to the well-being of others.
Mr. James Emmanuel
Mr. Emmanuel, is trusty, a retired Indian Railways professional with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), AMIE in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Commerce (M.Com), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), an MBA in Finance, and an M.Sc. in Information Technology, had a distinguished career as a Shop Superintendent. His commitment to education and personal growth is evident in his wide-ranging academic achievements and professional success.
Inspired by his daughter-in-law’s passion for early childhood education, Mr. Emmanuel became deeply involved in supporting her vision. As a trustee of Trinity Education Trust he brings his wealth of knowledge, experience, and unwavering dedication to help turn her dream into reality.
